Ons Doel is a small housing corporation in the Leiden residential market. Ons Doel wants to make a meaningful contribution to the residential market in Leiden. It creates new opportunities in cooperation with tenants, tenant associations, community organisations, the municipality and companies large and small. It does that by building a network organisation in which the various partners strengthen each other. From the thought that, as a small organisation, it cannot doe everything itself, but predominantly because it believes that you can achieve more with a smart network.
