That is dependent on what services you acquire from us and the functionality that you use on our websites. For example, it is possible that the Tax Service requests information from us in the context of a fraud investigation. In that case we are legally obliged to provide these details.

We can also personalise our newsletter for you in the same way. We take suitable security measures in order to limit the misuse of and unauthorised access to your personal details. We ensure that only the necessary persons have access to your details, that access to details is restricted and that our security measures are regularly checked. We retain the details no longer than necessary. In other words, we retain the details, for example, for as long as necessary to provide the required services. Exceptions to this are details that we must retain for longer because we are legally obliged to do so.

In order to prevent misuse we request that when you submit a written request for insight you can properly identify yourself by including a copy of a valid means of identification.
