Redept advised Delta EMEA (previously one of the tenants of this office and warehouse complex) with the freehold acquisition of the entire complex to guarantee its future expansion. Redept also advised on the continuation and contracting of the property management. Subsequently Redept supported Delta EMEA in successfully appealing the property tax valuation.
