On behalf of Nationale-Nederlanden Redept carried out an exhaustive search for office space for its branch in Ede. Alternative locations were investigated in the Apeldoorn-Amersfoort-Arnhem triangle. Following an intensive analysis NN chose to rent around 8,000 m² in (a part of) the existing location in Ede. Redept negotiated a new rental agreement whereby significant cost advantages were secured as well as documenting good performance agreements in respect of the takeover of the facility services by the landlord.
