The entrance hall of W200 was recently completely renovated and the building has been given a modern look. The building has a business lounge with meeting facilities on the ground floor. The location is easily accessible due to its location opposite Rotterdam Central Station. In addition to the Intelligence Group, subsidiaries Werf& and the Academie voor Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie will be housed in W200.
