Redept leased approximately 550 m² of office space on the 6th floor of the Cool63 building on behalf of the Japanese shipping management company.
Misuga has had its European headquarters in Rotterdam since 2009 and will move to this thoroughly renovated building owned by Deka in early 2023. Redept supervised the entire acquisition process and negotiated market conditions.
