Redept found office space for HollandBIO in the building where they really wanted to stay!
When HollandBIO asked Redept to guide them in their search for a larger office space, they clearly preferred to stay in this multi-tenant building on Laan van Nieuw Oost-Indië. This building underwent a thorough renovation in 2015 and HollandBIO has been a very satisfied tenant from the start. In 2021 it became clear that there was no room for expansion within the building. That is why Redept explored the market for HollandBIO. Based on the supply available at the time, it was decided to temporarily stay in the building and wait patiently for a departing tenant. Because none of the existing tenants had terminated, Redept actively canvassed for available space within the building. Successfully! Redept discovered that one of the existing tenants was willing to leave the building. Redept arranged the termination of that agreement and negotiated a new lease for HollandBIO. This resulted in renting a space of approximately 450 m² gross floor area and 9 parking spaces, which means that HollandBIO now has the space to facilitate the growth of the organisation in a building in which they were already so satisfied.
