Redept has, on behalf of The Implementation Group B.V. and itslearning, leased approximately 740 m² of office space in Het Boreel in Deventer. The Boreelkazerne is a national monument that has been redeveloped into a mixed-use scheme with offices, retail and catering. Redept supervised the entire leasing process. After intensive negotiations, a market-based lease with tenant-friendly adjustments was concluded.
The Implementation Group (TIG) is an information provider for education. Itslearning provides a learning platform designed for teaching. A platform that effectively connects teachers and students at all levels of education. TIG and itslearning are both part of Sanoma Learning. TIG was previously located elsewhere in Deventer and itslearning was located in Enschede.
