The British School in The Netherlands has leased 606 m² of office space in the Corbulo complex in Voorburg for its Central Services department.
The office staff of The British School were previously located in a school building in Leidschenveen. Due to the growth in the number of students, it had to free up more educational space. Redept was commissioned to find suitable office space within reach of the main locations of the British School (Voorschoten, Mariahoeve and Leidschenveen). We found that in the former office of ABN Amro, near the shopping centre “De Julianabaan”. Redept negotiated market conditions on behalf of the school and concluded a tenant-friendly rental contract. The employees will move into the building before the start of the 2023-24 school year.
The British School in the Netherlands is an international school for girls and boys 3-18 years old and a thriving community with more than 80 nationalities. It encourages high ambitions and challenges its students by supporting them in learning and growing into confident individuals. They offer a British and international curriculum, with General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) exams and four courses from 16 years of age: A-levels, the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program, the International Baccalaureate Career Program and BTEC qualifications.
