On behalf of the Royal Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants (NBA), Redept has leased 2,100 m² of office space. The recently renovated space is part of the Pharos office building.
On behalf of the Royal Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants (NBA), Redept leased more than 2,100 m² of office space in the Pharos office building at Mercuriusplein 1 in Hoofddorp. Redept was responsible for the commercial process and was supported in this by HEVO, who monitored the technical requirements set by NBA for its new accommodation. The result is that all NBA employees will work together on a beautiful office floor in a centrally located, easily accessible office from mid-2023. The Pharos office building has recently been completely renovated, meets all modern requirements (Breaam in use excellent) and also features a beautiful conference centre on the 19th floor and company restaurant, which is provided by The Farm Kitchen.
On 1 January 2013, Royal NIVRA and NOvAA were merged into a new organisation: the NBA (Koninklijke Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants – The Royal Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants). The NBA is the professional body for accountants in the Netherlands.
NBA’s members include over 21.000 professionals working at public accountancy practices, government agencies, as internal auditors or in organisational management.
