Redept has leased approximately 1,350 m² of office space on the 6th floor of the Central Park office building in Utrecht on behalf of cyber security specialist KnowBe4.
As a fast-growing tech ‘unicorn’, KnowBe4 attaches great importance to the role that accommodation plays in creating the corporate culture. Redept was asked to map out the most suitable buildings in Utrecht and Amsterdam Zuidoost. After considering several alternatives, the company decided that Central Park can make the biggest contribution to the company’s growth. Central Park, which was completed in 2021, consists of 23 floors and has a shared parking garage. It is centrally located, a 1-minute walk from Utrecht CS train station. Special about the building is that it has an indoor ‘park’ over two floors at a height of 45 meters. In collaboration with Newmark, Redept supervised the entire acquisition process, including negotiating market-based conditions with the necessary flexibility in connection with the expected growth of KnowBe4.
