On behalf of FedEx Trade Networks, Redept has acquired a new logistic warehouse of approximately 5,000 m² at Schiphol Logistics Park.
Redept rented a logistic warehouse at Schiphol Logistics Park for FedEx. The complex of which the building forms part is being developed by Intospace and completion is expected in July 2022. The complex will be an investment of CBRE Investment Management. FedEx has rented this warehouse of approximately 5,000 m² to accommodate the growth of the air freight business and will replace the current location, also in Schiphol-Rijk. Redept supervised the entire leasing process from A to Z and managed to achieve a market transaction despite the overheated logistic property market. Upon completion, a BREEAM certificate Very Good is the aim.
