Uitgeverij Essener, part of Uitgeverij Malmberg, will move from Wormerveer to Amsterdam in the second quarter of 2024.
Uitgeverij Essener has been renting office space in Wormerveer with a view of the Zaan for a long time. The building was sold to a party that wanted to transform the office building into apartments. As a result, the lease was terminated and Redept was called in to look for alternative office space. After it turned out that there were no suitable options available in Wormerveer and the surrounding area, nor in Zaandam, the search was expanded to Amsterdam. An office space of approximately 200 m² with 4 parking spaces was eventually rented there. Landlord Flow Real Estate will deliver the office space turnkey to the tenant.
