The completely renovated building is located in a strategic location in the Merwedekanaal zone, near the A2/A12 motorway and has various communal facilities, including a coffee bar, reception, lounge and meeting facilities. The landlord delivers the office space completely turnkey. PAQT.com devises, builds and maintains software with more than 60 passionate employees based on a business vision. PAQT is known, among other things, as the creator of real estate platforms Vendr and MyLeaseAdmin.
Avenue Building, designed in 1990, has been completely renovated in recent years. The design of the renovated building, which clearly exudes the allure of the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, was created by the renowned architectural firm Graziosi Progetti. The building is located in a strategic location in the Merwedekanaal zone, near the A2/A12 highway and within cycling distance of the historic centre of Utrecht. The interior design and realisation of the furnishings commissioned by the landlord comes from Hollandse Stijl.
