Redept advised SALTO Schools on the lease of 615 m² of office space in the office building at Insulindelaan 115 in Eindhoven.
The office building was recently acquired by Marks Wachters Notaries for their new accommodation. One floor remained for rent, which is now rented by SALTO Schools for the establishment of their staff office. Redept carried out the search and lease negotiations on behalf of SALTO.
SALTO is a group of 19 public primary schools, two schools for special primary education and an international department at two locations. With 36 percent of the students of school age, SALTO is the second largest school board for primary education in Eindhoven.
