Redept has acquired a new cross-dock location on behalf of FedEx. The property concerned is the former Jumbo distribution centre in business park De Aam in Elst, Gelderland.
Jumbo Logistiek Vastgoed B.V. heeft een meerjarige onderhuurovereenkomst gesloten met FedEx Express Netherlands B.V. voor de onderverhuur van het pand gelegen aan de Nijverheidsweg 20 in Elst, Gelderland. Het complex is circa 25.907 m² en is onderverdeeld in circa 24.128 m² warehouse en circa 1.779 ² kantoorruimte.
Jumbo left this regional distribution centre following the completion of its new distribution centre in Nieuwegein and now operates from this new DC.
