Redept advised KinderRijk on the acquisition of approximately 1,000 m² of office space for its new head office. KinderRijk offers daycare for children aged 0-12 in the Amsterdam-Amstelveen region. The move became necessary because the current location is being redeveloped into housing by the owner. A tenant-friendly lease was negotiated with the landlord.
