Leading US manufacturer of frontline medical diagnostic equipment and healthcare products for physicians, hospitals and emergency medical services, Welch Allyn, was supported by Redept in relocating and expanding its office accommodation from Delft to Leiden into what will become its new European Headquarters. Redept executed the entire tenant representation process resulting in a rental contract for some 900 m² in the Le Carrefour complex, adjacent to Leiden Central Station.
Welch Allyn was a privately-held, family-owned manufacturer of medical devices, products and solutions used by caregivers in doctors’ offices, hospitals, and emergency response settings around the world. Their goal is to make it easier efficient for caregivers to assess and diagnose their patients, and Welch Allyn does that by applying innovative technologies that help frontline practitioners work more effectively, efficiently, and empathetically with their patients at the point of care. Welch Allyn is now a subsidiary of Baxter.
