ING Bank N.V. rented around 12,000 m2 in two buildings in the Hullenbergweg in Amsterdam Southeast and 160 underground parking spaces. ING Bank will occupy the building in the summer of 2018. The three existing buildings in the complex will be complemented by an attractive interior courtyard that will ensure connection with the surroundings. As with all projects of landlord Vastint, the highest possible sustainability certificates are the ambition, meaning for the offices BREEAM Excellent and an A+ energy label.
