Redept has advised Nationale-Nederlanden in the expansion of its headquarters by around 5,000 m2. As well as the extension, the existing rental agreements have been restructured whereby NN now has the long-term use of its core accommodation together with a flexible shell. Landlord Cromwell Property Group will carry out various investments in the building including a number of sustainability measures.
