Redept executed the entire acquisition process on behalf of VPTZ resulting in the contracting of a new national office of around 300 m² in the building BW10, opposite Amersfoort station. For the organisation, which is supported by volunteers, Redept negotiated an excellent rental agreement with advantageous financial conditions and a tenant friendly rental agreement. Additionally Redept ensured that the turnkey delivery complied with VPTZ's wishes and budget.
VPTZ Netherlands is the national association of voluntary organisations palliative terminal care at home or in hospices. Along with the carers the volunteers do what needs to be done in this particular period of uncertainty. Often the question quickly arises whether you can manage without help. If it becomes too much or, even better, before it becomes too much, you can rely on VPTZ. With over 10,000 trained volunteers VPTZ, both at home and in hospices, provides attention and support. The association VPTZ Netherlands supports member organisations in the field of communications and public relations, quality, training and education, consultancy and advocacy. In total, the association has 207 member organisations.
