Redept advised Californian company Yakima in the negotiations for its new European head office.
Yakima leased a free standing office and warehouse building of approx. 1,200 m² and 17 parking spaces.
Yakima Industries make the world’s finest car racks and is founded in Yakima, Washington in 1973. In 2007, Yakima enters the global market, expanding its international presence from two countries to 30 in just five years. From 2009 to 2011 it acquires RackandRoll and Hubco and merges with Kemflo International. In 2011 Yakima moves manufacturing facility from Mexico to Nanjing, China and Taiwan and opened a warehouse in Rotterdam. In 2012 it establishes Yakima Australia and opens a new Europe HQ in The Netherlands.
