On behalf of Aldipress we are seeking new, inspiring office space in a multi-tenant office building with shared facilities and an accessible location.
We are looking for around 1,200 to 1,500 m2, preferably on one floor. The multi-tenant building preferably has shared facilities such as a restaurant, gym, coffee bar and reception. The space must be available from the first quarter of 2020, so that Aldipress can be operational at its new location by 1 April 2020 at the latest. The new The office must be easily accessible by public transport and preferably within walking distance of a train station (Leidsche Rijn, Ter Wijde, Zuilen or Maarssen). In addition, Aldipress needs a large number of parking spaces. Finally, flexible rental periods are required (periods of approx. 3 years).
