Tim Schelle is a master student in Real Estate Management & Development at the Technical University Eindhoven and is currently writing his dissertation at Redept. The dissertation will analyse the effect of the coming changes in the area of IFRS Lease Accounting on Corporate Real Estate Management. For this he has carried together with Sjuul Baltussen (also a master student and currently intern at Deloitte) a survey into all AEX listed companies. With help from Redept’s extensive network and knowledge, Tim is attempting to make a valuable contribution to the academic research on real estate occupiers. The results of his dissertation will be published at the start of 2013.
