The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has created a new international code for brokers and real estate advisors: The Real Estate Agency & Brokerage Standards (REABS). These norms represent an international framework for the processes in the brokerage and advice sector, focused on transparancy in client services. Ethics and expertise form the basis of REABS and these aspects are important to Redept. We support the application of these guidelines in our organisation.
