The police has signed a framework agreement with Cushman & Wakefield, MVGM and Redept for the disposal of surplus real estate. The selection was carried out in a European tender.
The framework agreement is for the period 2019 to 2021 with a possibility to extend to 2023. The properties to be sold will be determined in the coming months.
All properties will be sold by means of a transparent and open process, including in some instances the use of online auction platforms.
