Cresa Global and Knight Frank have announced that they have partnered internationally. As a result, REDEPT Cresa will move forward under the Redept name and continue with what it does best: providing superior service to real estate occupiers, without any conflict of interest.
Cresa Global has made a strategic choice to end its exclusive partnership with partner offices outside of North America. Globally, Cresa Global has partnered with Knight Frank starting October 6, 2021 to serve Cresa’s North American customers in more places around the world. However, the collaboration with Knight Frank leaves open the possibility for Redept to continue the excellent cooperation with individual Cresa partners in North America. The termination of mutual exclusivity also means that Redept can now also cooperate with other international service providers in the field of occupier real estate advice. As an independent party, Redept will continue to offer its services throughout the Netherlands from its offices in The Hague and Eindhoven. For international assignments on behalf of our Dutch clients, we can work together with the best players in the relevant markets. The cooperation with all Cresa partners outside North America will continue in a new form, in which advising occupiers free of conflicts of interest remains the central tenet.
