Redept is selling two former police stations on behalf of the Police by public auction. These are the former stations at Goudsbloemstraat in Alblasserdam and Eugénie Prévinaireweg in Nieuw-Vennep. Both properties lend themselves to various uses or development possibilities.
Goudsbloemstraat 9 te Alblasserdam comprises approximately 596 m² gross floor area and consists of office space, garage and separate storage areas on the paved outside area. The municipality has indicated that it is positive about redevelopment into housing. The viewing days will take place (by appointment) on 21 April and 18 May 2021.
Eugénie Prévinaireweg 63a te Nieuw-Vennep consists of two adjacent cadastral plots with two buildings and different addresses. Eugénie Prévinaireweg 63a was built in 2005 and comprises 471 m² gross floor area on the ground floor. Jonkheer van der Pollstraat 72 was built in 1959 and comprises 282 m² gross floor area on the ground floor. Both plots offer the possibility of development into housing. The municipality has also indicated that it is positive about redevelopment into (care) homes. The viewing days will take place (by appointment) on 22 April and 17 May 2021.
The properties will be auctioned via BOG Auctions on 10 June 2021. There is also the possibility to lodge a private offer with the notary.
