Redept leased approx. 600 m² office space on behalf of the Government Buildings Service in this former Philips building for the new accommodation for the courts in Amersfoort. This as a consequence of the closure of the existing location in a government building which was due to be sold.
The Central Government Real Estate Agency works for and on behalf of the Dutch State.
