Redept carries out Amsterdam's largest office letting transaction of 2018 in former Delta Lloyd building
In 2020 the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) will move into the former Delta Lloyd headquarters close to Amstel Station. DNB’s existing offices at Westeinde are the subject of a major renovation, hence the temporary relocation. Redept negotiated the letting of 21,000 m² to DNB (which was represented by DRS Makelaars) on behalf of Nationale-Nederlanden, the headlessee of the complex.
