HPA appointed Redept als delegated client in the disposal process for its listed head office. The organisation wanted a party that could guarantee a correct, transparent and professional process. Redept designed and carried out the broker selection and coordinated the entire process as an extension of HPA. The property was sold to B-Apart for redevelopment into an aparthotel and apartments for private sale.
The HPA was, before its abolition in 2014, the work organisation for the three trade associations in the agricultural sector – agriculture, animal feeds and wine.
