When the building services including refuse collection, reception, energy and suchlike threatened to be suspended by the landlord due to financial problems, Redept coordinated preventative measures on behalf of the tenants' collective in order to secure business continuity. Redept assembled a project team to facilitate take over the building management by the tenants' collective in the worst-case scenario. Fortunately the measures taken were able to prevent this. Subsequently the operational and financial management was transferred by the financing consortium of banks to an external managing agent/asset manager and the continuity was assured.
