Redept advised Orona on extending its lease agreement for approximately 1,383 m² of office space and 1,048 m² of industrial space in Alphen aan den Rijn.
After an extensive market inventory, it turned out that the current location would still best meet the requirements that Orona set for its future work location. That is why we entered into agreements with the landlord in constructive discussions about, among other things, making the building more sustainable.
Redept was responsible for commercial advice and was supported by HEVO. They analysed Orona’s way of working and translated it into the new workplace concept, which is currently being implemented.
