On behalf of AZL, Redept sold this listed former school building near the centre of Heerlen to a local law firm.
Redept sold the so-called Peutz building on behalf of AZL Pensioenfonds. The listed building was built in 1931 as the ULO St. Pancratius and has been used as office space by AZL since 1998. It comprises approximately 880 m² office space and 12 parking spaces. Redept carried out the sale on behalf of AZL, including compiling the vendor’s due diligence information and negotiating a market purchase price. Attention was also paid to guaranteeing access and sustainable use of the surrounding office complex that will continue to be used by AZL.
