This standalone office building of 1,750 m² with 22 parking spaces, located in The Hague’s International Zone, was sold by Redept. Redept set up a structured sales process with extensive pre-sale due diligence carried out via Vendr. The process was successful: a large number of bids were received, with the highest ultimately accepted. The vendor due diligence was performed by Hofstede c.s. and Stevens Van Dijck, and the notary involved was Dirkzwager.
