Redept acquired expansion space near the Delft Technical University on behalf of scale-up company Qlayers.
It comprises office and commercial space of approximately 950 m² as well as 850 m² external area. The property will be adapted by the landlord to the wishes and requirements of Qlayers, which has outgrown its current accommodation at Ypenburg. Redept carried out the leasing process on behalf of Qlayers, whereby market-level rental terms were negotiated.
Qlayers is a high-tech start up that is building robots to apply the coatings of the future. Our innovative robotic solutions are developed to overcome the limitations of the manual coating methods by making the application process fully automated, efficient, high quality and safe.
