Redept renegotiated and extended the lease for 2,000 m² of office space at Fluwelen Burgwal 58 in The Hague on behalf of The Hague Humanity Hub. The Hague Humanity Hub is a breeding ground for innovation in the field of peace, justice and humanitarian affairs.
The Hague Humanity Hub has been located on three floors in the beautiful Sirius office building in the centre of The Hague since 2017. In total, it occupies around 2,000 m² office space. Building on the Hub’s success as a community of innovators in the field of peace and justice, the accommodation had to be secured for the long term. Redept negotiated and contracted an extension of the lease on behalf of the Hub. Market conditions were negotiated with landlord Merin.
The Hague Humanity Hub is a unique ecosystem which includes NGOs, academia, commercial enterprises and (intra) governmental bodies.
