ICMP has broken open the current lease agreement and has entered into a long-term lease extension.
ICMP wants to expand its laboratory facilities and needs certainty about a longer lease agreement. After Redept assisted in the original leasing process for approximately 1,300 m² of office and laboratory space in 2016, Redept was again engaged by ICMP to negotiate an extension of the lease agreement. Due to the extension, ICMP is assured of a long-term stay in the building on Koninginnegracht in The Hague. Redept negotiated market conditions.
