For the realisation of a new office with experience centre, Redept purchased a plot of approximately 4,000 m² on behalf of Livingstone at Amstelwijck Business Park in Dordrecht.
Livingstone will realise a new office with experience centre of approximately 3,000 m² at the Amstelwijck Business Park under its own management, with ample private parking facilities. Completion is scheduled for mid-2025. Alderman for Urban Development of the municipality of Dordrecht, Maarten Burggraaf: “We are happy with the arrival of a new office, which will make even more jobs available for professionals in Dordrecht and the region. The sustainable and green character of the design fits nicely with the high-quality appearance of Business Park Amstelwijck.”
Livingstone will leave Breda, where it has been housed for decades. The appearance of the building there no longer matches the expectations of Livingstone’s customers, in the generally ‘higher segment’. Because it turned out not to be possible to build its own building in Breda in the short term, the search area was expanded towards the north, along the A16. Livingstone has now purchased one of the last plots at Amstelwijck Business Park. This has enabled it to secure a representative location that is perfectly accessible due to its location on the A16 and N3.
