Redept advised publisher Malmberg and Bureau ICE, both part of Sanoma Learning, on the renegotiation of their office location in Den Bosch. After an extensive market scan and competitive negotiations, Malmberg decided to renegotiate the lease in the current location. At the same time, the extension offers the opportunity to redesign the office and to facilitate ‘hybrid working’. The introduction of hybrid working makes it possible to move forward with significantly less office space. In the new situation Malmberg will rent approx. 4,015 m2 offices and 47 parking spaces.
