Following consolidation of all its office accommodation in its new headquarters in Hoofddorp, Schneider Electric terminated this rental agreement. Without a clear record of the original condition, the potential reinstatement costs were significant. Redept used its experience and expertise in negotiations with the landlord to limit the reinstatement costs to a minimum.
