This office building of 2,500 m² in the International Zone in The Hague was acquired in 2012 by the State in order to facilitate the future expansion of the new-build for Eurojust. Redept negotiated an extension of the rental agreement with the existing tenant on behalf of the Government Buildings Service by which a large degree of flexibility for both parties was assured and the objective of the State was achieved.
