Redept supported ING in the acquisition of Haarlerbergpark. The building, that was originally built by Cisco as its European HQ, was suffering considerable vacancy some 10 years later. ING Bank located its ICT campus here and in so doing occupied the entire building (with the exception of the parts that were already let). Ultimately, the entire complex was resold to an international investor on the basis of a long-term rental agreement. The complex comprises around 40,000 m².
Redept made an important contribution to the often necessary creativity required to carry out this complex project. The good result of our project was largely due to the commitment and expertise of Redept. We are convinced that Redept carries out its activities in accordance with ING's (high) values and standards. They are an example in the field.
