On behalf of the Netherlands Transplant Foundation (NTS), Redept acquired a lease of approx. 1,600 m2 and 22 parking spaces in this renovated office building. NTS will occupy the building together with its sister organisation, Eurotransplant, for which Redept also carried out the lease negotiations.
The cooperation was a very pleasant experience. It started with the informative first telephone conversation. Redept came across as very reliable and convinced mainly through knowledge and skills. They radiated reliability. Due to the realistic pricing, we knew clearly in advance where we stood financially and we greatly appreciated that. Also during the project Redept was always very friendly and they were very pleasant people to deal with. Never was a question too much or too simple in their eyes. In short, we felt very supported in the negotiation process regarding the new office space for our foundation. We are very satisfied with the result achieved and we can heartily recommend Redept.
Manager Operations
The Dutch Transplant Foundation (NTS) has been formally designated as an organ centre by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. It is responsible for consulting the Donor Register, recruiting and screening tissue donors and allocating tissues. NTS advises the Ministry of Health on the national development of policy for donation and transplantation and collects and analyses data for scientific research. The NTS works together with hospitals where donors are recognised and reported, with organisations for removal and transport and with tissue banks and with university centers and hospitals where patients are ultimately transplanted.
