Redept represented Delta in negotiations for the purchase of approximately 5,000 m2 development land at the Automotive Campus in Helmond. Delta will realise a business and office building of around 4,000 m2. The existing Delta location in Eindhoven will move to Helmond. Redept previously carried out a feasibility analysis for Delta Electronics that resulted in the choice of this location for its Industrial Automation business.
