Redept was present at the official opening of Grant Thornton's new location in Leiden.
On 10 October 2019, the new Leiden branch of Grant Thornton at Vondellaan 47 was officially opened by Chairman of the Board, Marcel Welsink. After being located in a building on Schipholweg for more than 28 years, it is time for a new environment with more growth opportunities for both Grant Thornton and Incompanion, the affiliated online accounting specialist that has also moved to the Vondellaan.
The new location has a contemporary look with modern workplaces and meeting facilities. In addition, the new building is easily accessible, both by car and by public transport. Most importantly, it is a place where Grant Thornton can continue the current growth of this location.
Redept supported Grant Thornton in the acquisition process. Tenant’s improvements were realised by Den Hertog Workspace Development of Alphen aan den Rijn.
