Redept was witness to Delta's ground-breaking ceremony for its new location at the Automotive Campus in Helmond on Wednesday 25 September 2019.
Delta, a global leader in power and thermal management solutions, held on 25 September 2019 a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a new building in the Automotive Campus in Helmond, the Netherlands, which will become the base for its industrial automation business in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) The new building will meet rigorous environmental design demands and, given its green credentials, Delta plans to apply for a Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) Gold certification. The new building is currently expected to be operational in 2021, and will eventually house up to 150 employees.
Redept carried out the negotiations on behalf of Delta for the land acquisition in 2017/18.
