When ICT Group was located in an dated building on a business park on the outskirts of Eindhoven, Redept was commissioned to find a new building that was able to attract and retain new and, especially, younger staff. This resulted in the phased leasing of approximately 2,600 m2 in a representative office building directly opposite the TU/e. This gives ICT Group the opportunity to make its facilities available to TU student projects and to increase its appeal. A 100% score both financially and in terms of attractiveness for new employees.
