Redept advised Conmeq on the lease of 3,407 m² of commercial, office, and showroom space in the prestigious commercial building at Parallelweg 170 | Straevenweg 11 in Weert.
Part of the building is being temporarily sublet by the new main tenant to Utilicht The Light Club, which was already located at this location.
Conmeq is a scale-up company that designs and manufactures advanced electrically powered machines, primarily for industrial applications, with a strong focus on sustainability and efficiency.
By leasing this new – much more spacious – building and constructing a structure that will allow the existing tenant to continue using part of the building for some time, Conmeq has secured space for further growth and product development in the coming years.
