For many years, Iddink has been located on Heestereng in Ede, with a vast warehouse and office dedicated to the distribution of schoolbooks. After outsourcing Iddink's logistics operations, they only needed a limited amount of office space.
After the outsourcing, the lease for the 14,146 m² of office and industrial space was terminated. Redept subsequently sublet two floors of the office building from the now new tenant of the entire office building. This allows Iddink to remain at its familiar location. Iddink is leasing approximately 1,067 m² of office space and 17 parking spaces under flexible terms.
Redept advised Iddink Learning Materials, part of Sanoma Learning, on both the lease termination with the landlord and the sublease with the new tenant.
